Johann Ladislaus Pyrker war der bedeutendste Abt des Stiftes Lilienfeld. 1821 ist er zum Patriarchen von Venedig ernannt worden – und  hat dabei trotzdem oft Sehnsucht gehabt – Sehnsucht nach Lilienfeld.
